Have you had your PACDOG system a while, want to make sure it’s working to its full potential, spruced up a bit or need to have it serviced? Here’s what we need from you:

Checklist

  • Include a note with your name, address, email, and daytime contact number with a brief description of the issues you are having with the product(s)
  • Include your service and repair Order Number which you will receive after checkout
  • Where possible, please ensure your unit for repair is fully charged before return
  • Please remove straps from collars and wipe with a wet cloth/antibacterial wipe
  • You only need to send back the parts to be serviced not the entire kit
  • Send to us at the address below. If goods are within their 2-year warranty free shipping only applies to goods being returned to the customer. It does not cover the cost of sending the goods to us.

Very effective
