Checklist

  • . Include a note with your name, address, email and daytime contact number with a brief description of the issues you are having with the product(s)
  • . Include your service and repair Order Number which you will receive after checkout here
  • . Where possible, please ensure your unit for repair is fully charged before return
  • . Please remove straps from collars and wipe with a wet cloth/antibacterial wipe
  • . You only need to send back the parts to be serviced not the entire kit
  • . Send to us at the address below. If goods are within their 2-year warranty free shipping only applies to goods being returned to the customer. It does not cover the cost of sending the goods to us.

Very effective
